Information you choose to share

This website has no sign-up or contact forms. When you text or call us, we receive your phone number and whatever you send us, such as photos of your water heater or its model and serial numbers. We use this only to respond to you, provide service, and check warranties with the manufacturer when you ask us to.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and which buttons are tapped. These tools may use cookies. They do not tell us who you are.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide service (for example, with A.O. Smith for a warranty claim you asked us to file) or when required by law.
